Cristallizzare la bellezza femminile, idealizzazione di un archetipo, anche quando è solo accennata da un’impronta sul muro quasi come i calchi di Pompei o le ombre di Hiroshima.
Una memoria della bellezza, che appare e poi svanisce come un affresco che perde i suoi colori lentamente sul muro di un’antica dimora di Genova.
Bellezza ed emotività che si manifestano come malinconia, come uno straniamento.
Questo lavoro è Silver Winner al New York Photography Awards 2021 ed è stato pubblicato su L’oeil de la Photographie di febbraio 2022.
Questo lavoro ha inoltre ricevuto in aprile 2022 una nomination da Fine Art Photography Awards 8
The memory of the female body
Crystallizing female beauty, idealizing an archetype, even when it is only hinted at by an imprint on the wall almost like the casts of Pompeii or the shadows of Hiroshima.
A memory of beauty, which appears and then vanishes like a fresco slowly losing its colors on the wall of an ancient residence in Genoa.
Beauty and emotionality that manifest themselves as melancholy, as an estrangement.
This work is Silver Winner at New York Photography Awards 2021 and it was published in L’oeil de la Photographie of February 2022
This work also received a nomination from Fine Art Photography Awards 8 in April 2022
